For this recipe, a mixer is not necessary. Cleanup is simple as well. You can combine everything in one bowl if you'd like.
For this recipe, an 8 x 4-inch loaf pan is required. Bake for 47 to 57 minutes if using an 8 1/2 x 4 1/2-inch pan. Bake for 45 to 55 minutes if using a 9 x 5 pan. Keep in mind that a flatter loaf will result from using a larger pan.

Overripe bananas make the best Banana bread ingredients. The bananas inside should be squishy and browning, and the yellow peels should be at least partially browned.

Ingredients:

  • 2 to 3 medium (length: 7" to 7-7/8") Peeled, very ripe bananas (1 1/4 to 1 1/2 cups mashed)
  • Liquefied 1/3 cup (76g) butter, either salty or unseasoned
  • A half-teaspoon of baking soda
  • 1 dash of salt 3/4 cup (150g) sugar (or 1/2 cup or 1 cup if you prefer it to be sweeter).
  • 1 large, beaten egg
  • Vanilla extract, 1 teaspoon
  • 1 1/2 cups (205g) (205g) universal flour

Method:

Prepare the pan and preheat the oven:

Baste an 8 x 4-inch loaf pan with butter and preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Bananas are mashed with butter added.

Use a fork to simply mash the ripe bananas in a mixing bowl. The mashed bananas are combined with melted butter.

Add the remaining components and combine them:

Add the salt and baking soda together. Add vanilla excerpt, sugar, and an egg that contains overthrown. Blend in the flour.

Bread baking

Fill the loaf pan you have prepared with the batter. 350°F/175°C for 55 to 65 minutes, or until a wooden skewer or toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean. Loosely tent the loaf with foil and bake it for an additional few minutes if the outside of the loaf is browned but the center is still wet.
